Does the DRM glitch come into effect when transfering data from one xbox 360 hard drive to another?

i am currently still using a 20gb hard drive and am looking into transfering all my data to a 120gb hard drive using a data stick. My question is once all my data is transfered to the new hard drive, will i still be able to use my DLC offline, and if not, will an xbox.com license transfer fix the problem?

There’s no DRM glitch. The licenses are there for a reason and that reason is so people can’t share content by just copying from one console to another. As long as your new hard drive is on the same 360, you don’t have to do a license transfer.
