i tried to fix my Xbox Disk Drive and made it worse :/?

the other day my xbox 360 disk drive wouldnt open for me, so i gave the silver thing a pull . . .
i dont advise it
the drive is sticking out now and it wont move when i rotate the opening cog thing.
can i fix this without opening the whole thing up or should i bring it to somewhere to fix it?
