Far cry 2 or dead space for the xbox 360?

With all the games i’ve bought recently I have only enough cash to get one more game before cod waw is released. Which of these two should i buy and why, or should i wait longer for fallout 3?

Well since you are getting COD I may wait for Fall out 3 instead. I heard from my friend that Dead Space is a good game, but it is short. Far Cry 2 would be a good game in my opinion, but it’s a shooter and the big advantage with it is the map editor.
